Room was clean, location is perfect. Just outside of downtown Ludington so on the quiet side but a few minutes drive to the heart of some perfect touristy spots - wouldn’t reccomend staying if you’re looking forward to the ‘adults only’ hour at the pool.

The receptionist when we checked in, as well as the receptionist in the mornings were both wonderful! Very cheerful and helpful and warm! The room was clean and well put together; nothing was broken or unkempt. Breakfast was great and it was one of our best experiences in Ludington (we've stayed at 6 different hotels in Ludington over the last several years) and we absolutely will be back.

The breakfast dining area was very comfortable. The offerings were spread out so that diners weren't standing on top of each other. There were ample seats for the diners

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient, especially in the breakfast room and front desk. Their recommendation for great dining was perfect. The room was super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

We couldn't get near the area to eat any breakfast. There was probably 60 people in there. Pool and hot tub as well. Rooms were exceptionally clean, facility was extremely clean, the night manager was exceptionally professional and polite. The woman at the front desk (daytime) was not personable and acted inconvenienced when asked a question.

The room was clean and sparkled very comfortable. Bigger TV lots of channel selections bed was very comfortable. Breakfast selections were better then most I've had in years from waffles to cheesey eggs and sausage paties to 4 juices and cereal, toast and fruit and yogurt! Well done Best Western! Pool and hot tub were open and well maintained.

Excellent location, easy drive to the dunes. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was great! The front desk workers were very kind and friendly. We loved the pool and hot tub. Both were well maintained and I liked that the staff enforced the rules for adult swim. We will most definitely be back!

It was small, so that made it a lot easier to navigate and it was extremely quiet. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Loved that you couldn’t enter the building without a keycard. Made me feel extremely safe. Also loved the black out curtains

Nice breakfast with lots of options, great pool/hottub area. Staff was extremely kind, especially Denise from housekeeping and the hard-working lady at breakfast constantly restocking (sorry I didn't catch her name)
