Room was clean, location is perfect. Just outside of downtown Ludington so on the quiet side but a few minutes drive to the heart of some perfect touristy spots - wouldn’t reccomend staying if you’re looking forward to the ‘adults only’ hour at the pool.

Clean, comfortable beds. Needs some firmer pillow options. Bathroom clean and lots of fresh towels. Asked staff for more tissue and t.p., received it right away. Pool and hot tub very nice addition to stay.

All the bathroom faucets, shower head, sink drained and worked properly. I'm currently in a Fairfield. It's nice enought but the sink, tub don't drain well and theshower lever is loose. It makes me appreciate the BW LAKEWINDS even more.

The breakfast dining area was very comfortable. The offerings were spread out so that diners weren't standing on top of each other. There were ample seats for the diners

The receptionist when we checked in, as well as the receptionist in the mornings were both wonderful! Very cheerful and helpful and warm! The room was clean and well put together; nothing was broken or unkempt. Breakfast was great and it was one of our best experiences in Ludington (we've stayed at 6 different hotels in Ludington over the last several years) and we absolutely will be back.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient, especially in the breakfast room and front desk. Their recommendation for great dining was perfect. The room was super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Continental breakfast was well stocked and good. Our room had two queen beds- the room was very clean and spacious. Family who had also booked a room with 2 queen beds had a much smaller room. The beds were very comfortable. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful!

We couldn't get near the area to eat any breakfast. There was probably 60 people in there. Pool and hot tub as well. Rooms were exceptionally clean, facility was extremely clean, the night manager was exceptionally professional and polite. The woman at the front desk (daytime) was not personable and acted inconvenienced when asked a question.

We stay at this property every year when we come to Ludington for the week. It’s close to Lake Michigan, downtown Ludington, and not even too far away from Silverlake Sand dunes.
